My graduate

The day finally came! Nathan is officially done with school. On April 25th, 2008 he received his masters. He wanted me to call him master all day long in respect of the occasion. Doesn't he look so handsome? I am so proud of what he has accomplished and I admire his desire to learn and progress. He is truly an amazing person and so smart too! I couldn't help but get tears in my eyes as he received his diploma. This marks the end of an era for our family and the beginning of a new one.

To celebrate the wonderful occasion Nathan and I went to the playoff game on Saturday with no kids. The first time I have been without children for awhile. It was so much fun to be with Nathan and cheer for our favorite team. 3-1 Way to go jazz! We really cherish and appreciate these moments we with one another and our family and friends.

House Hunting

This last week we left Caroline home with her grammy and her Mimi and headed off to Arkansas to look for a home. It was crazy week, but Nathan and I enjoyed the adventure so much. It was a growing experience for us and brought us closer together. We are now happy to say that we have a home to live in starting May 22nd. We are really excited about the purchase of our first home and we hope it is filled with many memories for our family. We were not expecting to get a brand new home, but we both fell in love with the home and the subdivision. The best part is we have a pool right behind us that we can go to at any time and we don't have to do the maintenance. I had fun picking out granite, carpet, tile and paint. It's a little intimidating doing all that and I found out what my style really is. Nathan had fun going to his favorite place to eat "Maria's". It is his favorite because the best fajitas he's had and they are cheap! We are really excited about Walmart and the opportunity to live in Arkansas.

Nathan's big award

These past couple of weeks have been filled with closing socials and parties for graduation. Life is definitely tough when you are busy with parties. At the MBA closing social they gave out awards for people who stood out in the program. Some serious and some not so serious. Well, Nathan and his best friend in the program, Gilbert Paul received a special award and I wish I could get the picture they showed, sorry. The award was called the "Bragelina Award" -Most likely to buy a duplex together. Why Nathan received this high honor was because he and Gilbert were in separable for two years. They had all their classes together, our families did something at least once a week with each other, they played Foosball together and they fought with one another. No one in the program had ever seen one without the other. Congrats on the award!! I am a proud wife.

The other pictures are of the family. Caroline has also spent some time with cousins. She loves them so much and she will really miss them when we leave.

Will it ever come?

So right now I really am craving the sun. It gets a little depressing in this weather, but thank goodness the bad weather doesn't last long. Caroline wants to go play so bad, but I hate taking Rexy out in the cold. Poor girl. Caroline and I are both asking ourselves will the sun ever come?

We are doing really great right now. Nathan and I are trying to get adjusted to having two babies. I didn't realize how busy I would be with two, but I sure love to be busy with these two cuties. We can't believe how time is flying by. Rexy is over three weeks old and he just seems to be getting more beautiful each day. Graduation is right around the corner and we are super excited, but sometimes we wonder is it will ever come.
We look a little tired, don't ya think?

Our hobby right now is looking at homes on line. It's hard to believe that one day it will take me more than five steps to get from the kitchen to the bedroom. Still we ask ourselves will getting a home ever come?

We have absolutely loved living in Provo these past two years. We have made friendships that will last a lifetime and more. I am sad to leave this part of my life and I will always cherish these past two years. In many ways I don't want real life to and feel intimidated by what's out there. On the other hand we are looking forward to the future to create new memories and new friends to share them with.

Like Father like Son!

Introducing Rex Nathan Rigby

Easter Blessings

We have so much to be thankful for this month. Little Rex Nathan Rigby arrived on March 19th at 4:30 am. He is such a special little guy and we can't be more excited to have him in our home. Just five hours before Rexy arrived sweet grandpa Tilley past away. It has made us think so much more about the circle of life. We would like to think that little Rexy and grandpa were able to converse for a few moments. We truly are blessed and grateful to have the wonderful gospel in our home.
Easter was so much fun other than the fact that I was recovering. Caroline just makes us smile. She loved looking for eggs and being with aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins. She is definitely spoiled by everybody, but who can resist! We did have a little problem while on an Easter egg hunt. She decided that she didn't want to sit in her messy diaper anymore so she pulled off her pants and started running around. She is a crazy one.
Nathan is definitely ready for school to be over. Just about a month left. Time is going by so fast. He has worked so hard and I am so proud of him. He is such an amazing person and I love him more and more each day. He is a wonderful husband and an incredible father. I can't imagine life without him.

One last thing :
We want to give a shout out to the jazz...

GO JAZZ!!!!

What a great week. The weather has been so nice and we definitely have taken advantage of it. Caroline loves the outside and throws tantrums when we have to come in. I would do the same if I were her. I am getting spring fever, but for now the weather will do.

Well, these past few weeks have been really good. I feel better than I have my whole pregnancy. No more vomiting!! Now we are just waiting around for this little guy to come into our home. I am really excited as is Nathan and Caroline. I can't wait to see his face and hold him in my arms. Any day this baby is expected to come and hopefully that is sooner than later.

We are also using new camera. Our last one didn't work so well and this new one seems to be doing great. We love that cannon.

The count down is on with school. 45 more days! I don't ever seem him doing homework, yet he is doing well with the grades. Only Nathan can pull something like that off. He is a smart one. Caroline is as cute and fun as ever. She makes us laugh at least ten times a day. We taught her how to say "go jazz". Her grandpa will be proud!
